• select ok (sluiten) (close dialog)
• select ok (close dialog)
• verify icon right of yellow lock icon (vista only: below right) now is green trusted sites (vertrouwde websites) icon
• close all instances of the internet explorer browser
• start the internet explorer browser again
2. Add citrix active-x component
• type in the address bar: citrix.neways.nl
• login with your windows username and password
• wait for the active-x component to download and install
• accept the register question with yes
• when logged in select microsoft office 2003
• start up word
• when prompted allow local drive access and allways
